The difference lies in how well it stays on your baby's skin. Triple Paste is a thick paste that while easy to apply actually stays on the skin. All other diaper rash creams end up on the diaper not on the skin because they wipe off so easily.
This cream is a lifesaver. Triple Paste along with original A+D Ointment are all you need at your changing table. I use original A+D Ointment at bedtime as a preventative and Triple Paste if a rash actually develops. If Triple Paste doesn't clear it up there's probably yeast present and you'll need to consult your doctor.
